What’s the most difficult part of being overweight? There are a lot many factors that make you start to loathe obesity. Depression, fatigue, low confidence, mood swings, frustration etc. Long-term obesity can also cause lifestyle diseases like thyroid, BP, diabetes, back pain etc.
