Vaibhav B Pawar’s Journey as an entrepreneur and a passionate Filmmaker

Vaibhav B Pawar discovered his passion for filmmaking at a very young age. With an extensive avidity towards theatre, he shaped his initial years of performing arts under the leadership of ace directors like Sameer Bhole, Waman Kendre, and Nirmal Pandey. He later moved to a more extensive avenue to contribute his skills as a director, assisting the national award winner director late Anant Balani and Showman of Bollywood Subhash Ghai. He also played a pivotal role in movies like Mumbai Matinee, Ek din 24 Ghante, Joggers Park and Chameli. His love towards continuous creation and curiosity in various filmmaking formats, including animation & VFX, constantly pushed him to try new platforms to showcase his filmmaking skills in television shows, ad filmmaking, documentaries, short films, and web series. He has been a part of the direction of a series of visual entertainment like television shows, movies, web series & advertisements, and he paved his creative journey towards entrepreneurship.

Vaibhav B Pawar had a vision of where he wants to be. He was clear with what he was willing to do. With his same vision and perseverance, he had incepted Rejoiice Entertainment in 2004, a multi-disciplinary advertising agency that designs broadcast and digital content. With a strong work ethic and an extraordinary team, they have served huge Industry players and a client base of more than 168 clients all across the globe. They have created effective brand campaigns of renowned companies like Indian Express Group, Indian Oil, Karrm Infrastructure Ltd., and it’s still counting.
