About Guru
He started off as an engineering graduate from the mechanical branch, never having it felt as a passion of his or as he puts it “not my cup of tea” he decided to look elsewhere. This task, however, was much easier, Guru had a sports background ever since he was a child. His lifelong dream was to pursue a career in sports while at the same time give something back to society.
To work on that path, he started with completing an impressive 26 odd international certifications from the ACE (American Council on Exercise), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He further refined his skill by first doing a diploma on Sports and Fitness Management from Melbourne and a MBA in Sports Management from Paris. It was only after this that he returned to India to start The Muscle Movement to further promote the idea of fitness and sports as a career. Now, the firm boasts of 12 to 15 employees working to bring change across the nation.

Driven by the mantra “COACHING IS AN ART AND TRAINING IS A SCIENCE” on July 11th 2021 the firm was officially created.
