Meet Kapil Shah who masters in Technovation

Kapil Shah is an IT engineering graduate, holding a dual MBA in Project Management and IT. Since his college days, he has been keen on taking up leadership roles and promoting customized, inventive methods in solving industry-problems. Equipped with technical knowledge as well as managerial skills, he has heralded many prestigious projects under the organizations he has worked in the past 13+ years. Right from developing concepts of infrastructure enhancement for various transportation projects, to creating a pathway for its implementation, Kapil Shah has been leading a young and enthusiastic team with a vision to be at the forefront of infrastructure development in India.

Kapil Shah joined Sadbhav Engineering Limited as the IT Manager, with Maharashtra Border Checkpost project being one of his first projects. Within a short span of time he was handed over the charge of operations, maintenance and IT of all the toll plazas under the company.

He was instrumental in conceptualizing, shaping and designing of integrated border check-post with the Transport, Sales Tax and Excise department in the State of Maharashtra.

Kapil Shah was a key player in enhancing the present setup of Gujarat Transport department. He was instrumental in creating a pathway for implementation of digital payments in Road and Transportation during demonetization.

His success across various projects helped him rise through the ranks, and after almost 10 years, he left as the General Manager (GM) of Sadbhav Engineering Limited.

He is one of the leading voices in India on implementation of cashless transactions in the Infrastructure industry.

In 2017, he started his own venture – Om Infra Solutions, with focus on presenting smart, customized solutions to the real-world problems in infrastructure development.

After streamlining work he started a new venture PrecTech which mainly focuses into customised development, IoT solutions, Smart City Solutions etc. He has closed worked with NASA and NITI-Aayog where worked on ventilator solutions and tele veterinary services respectively. Presently he working on creating AgriTech solutions which would be available in the market soon
